Ngaloba

Archaeological site found in 1976 near Laetoli in Tanzania, dated to 130-120 kya (K/Ar), and that contains early African Middle Stone Age artifacts. Hominid remains include an unusual cranium (LH-18) with a 1350 cm3 capacity, attributed to the late archaic Homo sapiens group, but remiscent of Neandertals in some features.
