Name for several archaeological sites found in October 2000 near the village of Rondinin in the Tugen Hills, Kenya, dated to about 5.88-5.72 mya (Lukeino Formation at Kapcheberek), containing hominoid remains including cranial and postcranial fragments from at least five individuals attributed to Orrorin tugenensis. Three partial femora suggest bipedalism. A composite specimen was nicknamed Millennium Man. Aka Kapsomin, Kapcheberek, Aragai, Millennium Ancestor.
