Ubeidiya

Archaeological site found in 1959, in the Jordan Valley of Israel, dated to 1.5-1.2 mya (Ubeidiya Formation); containing artifacts similar to those found at Olduvai Gorge, both Developed Oldowan and Acheulean. Several hominid teeth found at the site were reported in 2002.
