Adult Dentition

Set of teeth in mammals that replaces the deciduous dentition; in most mammals the adult set consists of incisors, canines, premolars, and molars. The larger adult dentition fits the growing adolescent, and later adult, jaw. Aka permanent teeth, replacement dentition, adult teeth.
