Biceps Brachii

Muscle that moves the forearm. The short head of the biceps brachii originates from the coracoid process, and the long head originates from a tubercle above the glenoid cavity; they insert by a common tendon into the radial tuberosity. Its action is to flex the forearm at the elbow and to rotate the hand laterally.
