Endocrine Gland

Any ductless gland of the endocrine system, such as the adrenal or pituitary glands of vertebrates, that secretes hormones to other parts of the body through the blood or lymph. Other endocrine glands include the pineal gland, thyroid gland, parathyroids, thymus, suprarenal gland, pancreas, ovaries, testes, and certain other structures of the brain.
