Forearm-hand Length

Anthropometric measurement; distance between the olecranon process of the ulna and the third (middle) finger of the hand as measured with a sliding caliper. The elbow is flexed and the olecranon process and the hand are in the horizontal plane; the palm of the hand faces medially and the fingers are extended. Used in human biomechanics and other areas of human engineering.
