Hyperventilation

Condition marked by fast and deep breathing that tends to remove increasing amounts of carbon dioxide from the body and to lower the partial pressure of the gas; ventilation without an increase in oxygen consumption or carbon dioxide production; results in buzzing in the ears, tingling in extremities, and fainting. Aka overventilation.
