Mucopolysaccharidosis, Type I

Heritable condition characterized by mental impairment, enlarged liver and spleen, heart disease, bone defects, hearing los, large tongue, corneal clouding, and coarse facial features; fatal. A lysosomal storage disease in which the defective enzyme is an autosomal recessive enzyme. Aka Hurler syndrome.
