Nucleosome

Knob-like structure composed of eight histones, two copies of each of the core histones wrapped by 146 bp of DNA. Nucleosomes are separated from each other by strands of DNA about 50 bp in length; together the multiplexed structure resembles a string of beads. Aka nu body.
