Olfactory Lobe

Portion of the inferior frontal lobe where the olfactory nerves terminate; includes the olfactory tract, olfactory bulb, and trigone. The olfactory lobe is associated with the sense of smell; it is well developed in most vertebrates, but noticeably reduced in anthropoids, and especially in humans.
