Quinicrine

Fluorescent stain, used to identify specific chromosomes and structural rearrangements. It is expecially useful for distinguishing the Y chromosome and various polymorphisms involving satellites and centromeres of specific chromosomes. Aka quinicrine mustard dihydrochloride.
