Right Cerebral Hemisphere

Right lateral portion of the cerebrum. In most people, the right hemisphere controls spatial and artistic skills. The right hemisphere is separated from the left cerebral hemisphere by the longitudinal cerebral fissure, but portions of the two are connected internally by the corpus callosum. Each cerebral hemisphere contains a central cavity called the lateral ventricle.
