Shoulder-elbow Length

Anthropometric measurement; distance between the superior/lateral surface of the acromion process of the scapula and the posterior surface of the olecranon process of the ulna as measured with an anthropometer; the subject is standing erect with the forearm flexed, thereby placing the olecranon process and the hands in the horizontal plane. Used in human engineering and biomechanical analyses of range of motion.
