Termination Of Parental Investment

In social theory, explanation of the window of weaning conflict as a discrepancy between a point where a parent’s cost of continued investment increases, and the point, usually later, at which an offspring also realizes an increased cost. Cost and benefit are measured in terms of reproductive success.
