Translocation Carrier

Individual with exchanged nonhomologous chromosomes but no clinical symptoms. The carrier has the normal amount of genetic material, but it is rearranged in a balanced manner. Zygotes resulting from the recombined gametes of such an individual, however, may contain duplications or deletions, and recurrent spontaneous abortion is indicative of such an individual.
