Trihybrid Hypothesis

J. B. Birdsell’s proposal that the aboriginal people of Australia are hybrids and descendants of three waves of immigrants from mainland southeast Asia. He called these waves of people the Barrineans, the Murrayians, and the Carpentarians. Birdsell also thought that Native Americans were composed of three waves of hybrids (that originated in Siberia).
